OTR | King Bed l Free Parking | Gym | Top Floor

Positive: The location was near restaurants, bars, and light rail. The apartment itself was nice and had all the amenities needed and management was responsive to concerns. Negative: The floors were not swept and mopped as there was hair and debris on the floors. The shower and outside the toilet could have used a thorough cleaning as there were stains remaining that I cleaned with my own supplies.

Nice modern apartment in a great location Positive: Clean, modern and well maintained. Has everything required for a short or long stay.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and building nice and quiet. Positive: Close to everything we wanted to see. It was cute and clean. Negative: Wish there was a hot tub, but that’s ok we have one at home.

We would highly recommend. Perfect stay for my daughter and I in town for a wedding. Positive: The accommodation was perfect and just what we were looking for. Great facilities in the building and close to the wedding venue. Awesome instructions and check ins with the host/hostess. Negative: N/a

I wouldn’t suggest this to anyone. We paid extra to check in at two pm and was unable to due to the cleaner didn’t come Positive: It was a beautiful little apartment and the bed was super comfortable! Negative: Communication was absolutely horrible! The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so we had to take turns doing our hair in the living room.
